This recording was made during a period of resurgence in my mental health and in my desire, passion, energy, and spirit musically. In July I got medicated for depression and anxiety. The results have been overwhelmingly positive and truly life changing. This improvisation is a celebration of the joy in sound and the love in vibration. It's length was dictated by a stick of incense which is an idea inspired by my meditation practices at various times. This was recorded in our bedroom on one microphone, background noise can be heard on the track but I believe the sounds surrounding an improvisation become incorporated. Praying that my improved mental health continues to drive towards a more musical life. Any money I receive from this recording will be donated to The Attic Youth Center for LGBTQ children. Thank you to everyone who listens to and makes music and thank you to my community and support network. Without the beautiful people that surround me with love and kindness, I don't know what I would do. Thank you!
